Service Description:
We leave Cusco and head to Tipon to appreciate the agricultural terraces, irrigation canals and aqueducts created by the Incas, which are still in operation. We continue to Pikillacta, a fortress of the Wari culture built in 600 B.C.; We continue along the route to the Temple of Andahuaylillas, or better known as the "Sistine Chapel of America" with golden altars, beautiful paintings and decorated ceilings being a spectacular work of art.
During the trip we will appreciate picturesque towns with specialized gastronomy such as chuta bread in Oropesa, baked guinea pig, chicarrones in Saylla, trout and duck in Lucre.
