1. Cancellation policy:
      • Customers may cancel their reservations up to 15 days prior to the trip start date without penalty.
      • Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the start of the trip will be subject to a penalty percentage of the total cost, depending on the activity to be carried out.
      • In case of cancellations made within 02 days prior to the start of the trip, no refunds will be made, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

      • We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal information.
      • The information collected will be used only for booking and travel related purposes.
      • We will not share or sell our customers’ personal information to third parties without your consent.
  1. Responsibility policy:
      • The travel agency is not responsible for accidents, losses or damages during the trip, unless caused by direct negligence on our part.
      • Our Agency recommends that clients take out travel insurance to cover any eventuality during their stay in Peru.
  1. Payment policy:
      • We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
      • We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost at the time of booking.
      • Full payment must be made up to 02 days before the start of the trip.
  1. Changes and modifications policy:
      • Clients may request changes in dates, itineraries or additional services of their reservation.
      • Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
      • Changes must be requested at least 15 days prior to the start of the trip.
  1. Complaints and claims policy:
      • If customers have any complaints or claims, they should contact us as soon as possible.
      • We are committed to investigate and resolve any problems fairly and appropriately.

In case of compensation, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and severity of the situation.
