In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, we provide you with the Complaint Book in case you wish to file a claim or complaint regarding the service or product received.
If you do not include at least your name, ID number, address or e-mail address, claim or complaint and the details of the same, in accordance with article 5 of the Complaint Book Regulations, your claim or complaint will be considered as not submitted.
The present complaint form implies only the receipt of the complaint, but not the acceptance of its content; this complaint will be processed in accordance with the law.
The filing of a complaint does not preclude recourse to other means of dispute resolution, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint before INDECOPI.
