"One of the most fascinating aspects of the Uros, Amantani and Taquile tour is the opportunity to visit and get to know the local communities that inhabit each of these islands.
On Uros Island, learn about the way of life of the inhabitants who have built these floating islands with totora reeds, an aquatic plant found in Lake Titicaca.
In Amantani, you can spend the night in a local homestay and learn about the traditions and customs of the people.
In Taquile, you will appreciate the local handicrafts and textiles recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
