The Pillones Waterfalls and the Puruña Stone Forest are natural attractions located in the highlands of Arequipa, Peru. We will enjoy a full-day tour to both destinations, which includes a visit to the cascade and the rock forest. The rock formations in the forest resemble prehistoric animals, faces, cities, boats, and more. This will be an impressive adventure that you will not be able to forget.
This destination is ideal for trekking enthusiasts and high-Andean landscape photographers. Venturing into these imposing geological elevations, travelers will experience a direct connection with nature in its purest state, surrounded by ashlar stone formations eroded by the wind over millennia and a striking waterfall that contrasts perfectly with the arid Andean surroundings.
