This incredible island was formerly used as a Guano island, an activity that ended due to the decline of bird populations. This allowed sea lions to take over the place; currently, more than 5,000 of them can be found here. In addition to this species, we can also observe birds, in smaller numbers, such as seagulls, pelicans, and Peruvian boobies, among others.
This destination is a true sanctuary for nature lovers and marine wildlife enthusiasts. Venturing into the waters of the Pacific, visitors will not only witness the majesty of fauna in its natural habitat but will also become part of an unparalleled eco-tourism experience, deeply connecting with the rich biodiversity that the Callao coast has to offer. An adventure designed to appreciate the marine ecosystem in a responsible and safe manner.
