ITINERARY
Day 1: Lima – Ica
Departure to Paracas: We begin our tour by departing from the city of Lima towards the Paracas National Reserve aboard our comfortable tourist transportation.
Boat Excursion to the Ballestas Islands: Upon arrival in Paracas, we will head to El Chaco dock to board a speedboat tour to the Ballestas Islands. During this maritime journey, we can appreciate the famous "Candelabra" geoglyph and observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, flamingos, and parihuanas closely in their natural habitat.
Transfer to Ica and Vineyard Visit: We continue the overland journey towards the city of Ica to visit a traditional vineyard, where we will learn step-by-step about the artisanal production process of local wine and Peruvian Pisco, including a tasting session.
Adventure at the Huacachina Oasis: Finally, we visit the beautiful and iconic Huacachina Oasis lagoon. Here, visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the site, contemplate the lovely scenery, and experience the thrill of the dunebuggy (tubulares) ride and sandboarding down the massive dunes.
Overnight stay: Transfer to the selected hotel for the evening. Overnight stay in Ica or Nazca (subject to itinerary logistics).
Day 2: Nazca Lines – Connection to Arequipa or Return to Lima
Transfer to the Airfield: The day begins with a hotel pickup to head to the local airfield and prepare for the flight experience.
Flight over the Nazca Lines: We will board and initiate the flight over the mystical and imposing Nazca Lines. From the air, you will be able to clearly contemplate the gigantic figures of animals, plants, and geometric shapes etched into the earth more than 2,000 years ago by the ancient Nazca culture; these lines and geoglyphs are so large that they can only be fully appreciated from the sky.
End of Tour and Connections: Once the aerial activity is completed, the return journey to the city of Lima begins, or optionally for interested passengers, the trip continues onward to the city of Arequipa.
