In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29571 – Consumer Protection and Defense Code, Experiencias & Destinos del Perú SAC, with legal domicile at Urb. Mariscal Gamarra A-74, Cusco, establishes the following Terms and Conditions applicable to the contracting of its tourism services.
The contracting of any of our services implies the express acceptance of the conditions described in this document.

2. Scope of Service
- The agency offers services for the organization and intermediation of customized and/or group tour packages within Peruvian territory.
- The services included will be only those expressly detailed in the quotation and booking confirmation.
- Any service not specified shall be considered as not included.
3. Reservations and Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required.
- The reservation will be valid only once payment is confirmed and the passenger's complete information is received.
- The agency will issue the corresponding confirmation to the client.
4. Price and Payment Policy
- The prices provided correspond to the services detailed in the quotation.
- Payments can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
- Full payment must be made at least 02 days before the start of the trip.
- Failure to comply with payment deadlines authorizes the agency to terminate the contract according to law.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance will not be subject to penalties.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 03 days before the start of the trip will be subject to penalties, previously communicated to the client and determined based on the contracted services.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
- In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events duly substantiated, the agency will evaluate each situation individually.
6. Changes and Modifications
- The client may request changes to dates, itineraries, or services, subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of the trip.
- Changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide truthful and complete information.
- Comply with established schedules, instructions, and regulations.
- Possess valid personal documents during the trip.
- Assume responsibility for any behavior affecting the normal execution of the service.
8. Agency Responsibility
- The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism service providers.
- It is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond its control.
- The agency will only be liable in cases of duly proven direct negligence.
- The client is advised to purchase travel insurance covering possible eventualities.
9. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events
- The agency shall not be liable for non-performance arising from unforeseeable or unavoidable events, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, social conflicts, governmental dispositions, or similar events.
10. Applicable Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
- Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with current regulations.
